Fabric better than I imagined; thrilled with the whole concept of vanity printing! After a very protracted start due to the emergency when I was finally able to order, the fabric came lightning quick. Many thanks. Would suggest thinking about - and idiot-proofing online ordering as it was very difficult to specify what I actually wanted using the options available and it took a long time to get answers to my questions via e-mail (a telephone call would have done it).

Plush Velvet Fabric
Shipping was crazy fast even with Covid-19 restrictions, they said it would take longer to ship but it didn't. I did order a sample of the plush Velvet fabric before ordering the whole size I wanted, I personally would recommend that to see if you like how your design was printed. I did notice though that the sample was a bit softer but the full size was still soft and turned out great. Really liked the quality, easy to customise, and quick shipping.

Good price and quality, communication unclear
I am pleased with the final print. It seems to have been delayed by a misprint which had to be reprinted but I was not informed until I made enquiries. All that is needed is some improved communication.
