Great Service, quality, and customer service.

Good but room for improvement.
The quality of fabric, the range of fabrics, speed of delivery and printing are all excellent, however, the process is a little tricky unless you have already got a good graphics program or have had your design made for you. A facility on the site to remove the background, lighten, darken improve contest etc would be very useful. Also, what I thought was the pattern repeat size, was in fact the entire length and it took me a while to realise that the unit was only 50cm and not in the usual metre lengths fabric is sold in. This resulted in me buying 2 of 50cm lengths and not the one 1m length; which is not appropriate for the garment I was going to use it for. An expensive mistake for me.
