The product quality was fantastic. The 100% silk is an absolute delight and I will be using it a lot more in the future for my scarf making. The image on the silk was slightly distorted, but I am putting that down as my own issue due to the original image resolution. Other than that, I am very appreciative.

Excellent all round
The quality was wonderful, the item was just as expected, and it was made and shipped very quickly so it arrived much sooner than I initially expected. This was great as I was going away and having the fabric come before I went away took a lot of the stress away, and it was perfect for my project which wouldn't have been the same without it.

Absolutely lovely !
Golden wedding so wanted a banner, then later to turn into a cushion. This site was brilliant at loading my pics. Only took 2 days from day I ordered it until coming to me ! Lovely canvas . Will use again.

Interesting facility for creative projects with fabric.
I appreciated. and am grateful for the obviously personal and human attention to the quality of the final product, when I did not grasp the nature of the design/ordering process.

The product is more than I was expecting!! It’s a wonderful piece!! I love the quality in the print as well the silk... the only thing that is a bit strange is that I ordered a scarf of 100 cm by 100 cm and the product that I got was 94 x 94 cm. :-( please could you tell me a bit of what about? Happy with purchase
I haven’t used Contrado before, nor any other fabric printing service. The print was very good, the colours and sharpness. There were what I might describe as a few issues, ie there was a print of the image, and then another print butted right up against it so there is a slightly jarring line between them. I don’t know if this is unavoidable, but this issue for me I would say is more my own misunderstanding of the process rather than Contrado doing anything wrong. I think the interface online is a little difficult to understand. For a novice like myself, more of a clear step by step explanation at that point would really help. My order was halted within 4 or so hours after putting the order in as I hadn’t made it clear on something and Contrado emailed me for clarification. I phoned that morning and spoke to a gentleman who I believe was French. Delightful as he was in his explanation of what clarity he needed I did have some trouble really understanding the issues involved because of his thick accent and part of me just wanted to trust he knew what he was doing and gave the go ahead without totally understanding what he meant. I would not hesitate in using Contrado again. I will endeavour to understand the interface more next time.
