Job Summary:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our eCommerce products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for our eCommerce platform, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to translate requirements into actionable development plans, using agile methodologies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to drive product improvements.
  • Ensure that the product meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 6-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the eCommerce domain.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce technologies and platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful eCommerce products from concept to launch.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
