How your Custom Hair Brushes are Made & Printed

We use specialist dye sublimation that fuses the inks to the shatterproof plastic, creating a deep, long-lasting print. The high-definition print combined with a glossy finish gives your custom hair brushes their premium look and feel. To guarantee your detangling personalised hairbrush effectively but gently smooths the hair, we use a mix of natural and nylon bristles that sit within an orange cushion pad. This is pressed and secured into the brush by hand, ensuring an excellent finish. For all-over customisation, your brush is printed on both sides.

Design Tips

When you print on both sides, we suggest using a repeat pattern on the inside that doesn't include important features, or make sure to place said features on the handle area for maximum exposure. Design your own hair brush range for your hair salon, beauty course or as a promotional gift for new customers. What type of bristles does my custom hair brush have?

We use a mix of both natural and nylon bristles to effectively but gently detangle your locks. The nylon bristles don't create as much static, and the natural bristles help to distribute your hairs natural oils all the way to the ends for a glossy finish.

It's approximately 21 x 6.5cm (height x width) so will fit into most everyday handbags that have a deeper bucket.
